Burt Cheevers: Crafts are fun! What a great idea! You could do some scrapbooking with the 11 year old girl. Also, if she doesn't scrapbook, you could decorate some picture frames (just just some cheap plain ones and decorate them with paint, buttons, giltter, magazine cut-outs, etc.). I know when I was 11, it was the time where I started taking pics of me and my friends, so fun picture frames were great to have around. Troy Staton: Well have a list of references ready. If this is your first babysitting job, ask family members, or family friends with young children to write something for you.Something about how you are with kids. If you have a babysitting course, that would be something good to tell the parents. Also, CP! R training is always good to have. If you do get the job, ask the girl what she likes to do and go from there. Colouring is always good, same with paper maché.
