can i get into sm entertainment?

Oda Mauson: If you're pretty they would take you.... if your voice is kinda like Sandara Park then that's nice.... and you can speak fluent Korean and English then that's cherry on top.... don't worry if you're not pretty that's what surgery is for....... just look at SNSD... only few can sing and others are just! eye candies with no real talent (yeah and all had gone through surgery except Yoona I guess)...... Cody Shimko: sm focuses on looks but.. they accepted, pretty short ppllike minwoo and taeyeon.they picked them cause they're short ahha. and pretty thoughand i think i advise insomnia by wheesung, i dont think its that highexcept the scream in the end but its a pretty good song.

Catheryn Barringer: do you have super good looks? or a very distinct one? if your voice is really good but your looks are mediocre you could still have a chance.looks is very important in Korean entertainment industry.

Clinton Migliori: I dont know....SM entertainment is about talent. : You've gotta know how to dance and sing realllyyy well, because if you haven't noticed, S! M artists all have amazing voices (if you listen to DBSK and SHINee, their vocals are quite similar in some aspects). even if the music isn't good, they rely on the voice to draw in the fans lol ^^ and that being, the artists can usually have their talent as backup if it isn't entertaining. Dara is in YG entertainment, where they don't focus as much on appearance and talent as much as they do on the entertainment. If you look at big bang and 2ne1, all members are veryyy different. They are all good and bad at different things, but one fact is that no two members are good at the same thing, so if you take a member out of the group, the group is really not as good because it seems that they are missing something that the excluded member gave to the group :) (sorry if that's confusing). YG focuses more on the entertainment, and what i'm really trying to say is, is that Dara's voice is probably the worst out of 2ne1 >.So if you're still awake from my super long rant, what im tr! ying to say is ----> if you want to get into SM, you've got to work on ! singing, dancing, and appearance. Your voice should be either unique or a soft voice, and dancing would be everything except hip hop ^^;; SM likes the fresh appearance (so don't dye your hair purple or anything XD ) k i know the above sentences sound realllyyy demanding but im just putting out what image i think SM wants :] i hope it helps...and you should know that you always have a chance if you try ^^...Show more
