why do guys hate makeup?

But there is nothing wrong with dicreet but noticeable makeup, as it does generally make people look better, but sometimes not as well. Toya Braskett: Its not that they hate makeup, they just hate when girls put too much on everyday, so its not the real you. They don't like caked on makeup. But i think if you went for a very natural look, it would be ok :) Go for gold eye shadow, or peach colored, light pink blush, very light lip gloss, and a little bit of mascara. Guy Bonamico: LOL thats too funny. I'm a girl to and that just shows u how different the male and female mind think and how they percieve beauty. Its not so much that they HATE it its just that guys prefer the natural look on girls. My guy friends for example don't like a look thats too overdone. And hey its no problem...if ! you like makeup then go for it. Just don't put on TOO much...you don't ! want to look like a clown!
