How do i Find a Business owner that is no longer in Business?

Lu Tiner: If you know their name, look them up in a current directory. If you don't, you can look in the Poke Directory for business ownership info available at the local library or check with city offices or your state tax commission to check on business registration records they may have that would show ownership & contact info.
