How long does it take to get a degree in secondary education?

Alphonso Brake: If by secondary education you mean post-secondary education such as university, college or technical school, it depends.If you mean US college/university, the average degree takes 4 years to finish but many take 5 years. After you get your college degree, you can apply for graduate school which is another 2-3 years. Number of courses are less important as what counts is the credits you get from taking a course.
