Barrett Zheng: Go to a different mechanic and ask them what the problem may be. If the car makes the sound while it is in park, then it is unlikely that the sound comes from the transmission, but I am not a mechanic and it is difficult to diagnose a car over the internet. You will probably need a professional to really figure out the problem.
Gilberto Cratin: Probably the power steering or water pump. Brown fluid is not a good sign, because it's been overheated. Get both checked, at 2 different places, and get quotes to fix. Tell neither one anything, let them diagnose it. Goodyear should obviously be left out of the picture. good luck
